I know! I do it a lot in the winter, but not much in the summer. I like to cook on the grill almost every night in summer! When I think crockpot I think heavy meals like pot roasts, chilis & stews, whole chickens with potatoes.... Not ribs. I think I need to start "thinking outside the box!" LOL
I am looking into an Actifry... have you seen those? They look pretty cool! Check it out! I was going to start a new thread in the other section about it to see if anyone has it and what they think of it!
