I'm not sure, but I think 7 months is a little old to still have most baby teeth, but everyone matures at different rates. I agree with the vet apoointment, and from reading other comments on the subject, the vet can remove retained baby teeth when she is fixed. I don't remember Huey acting weird about his food, just that I kept finding teeth all over the house! Then again, he never ate much at all until I changed his food at age 3 yrs. Before then, it was one bite at a time, and only ate kibble if he couldn't get something he liked better, Iike cheese.
