I'm ready that with smaller dogs its best to use this over collar ? How do you know sizing and do I leave this on at all times like I do her collar ? I'm thinking getting one because after reading about them my Kali likes to run I have her chain fairly long but she tries to keep going n that worries me so always have to lead her back my way. My Kali is 16 wks and prob about 2/12 - 3 pds already . Please help |
