I want to say thank you for your kind post. I'm glad to know that her pre-dental work is done and looks good and that (like you said) dentals are done pretty quick. I just can't wait until this time tomorrow night! |
I don't know if you checked into it but since your girl is older I would request IV fluids. Not all vets do it but I think they should. Destiny had this done. It not only keeps them hydrated but it also filters out the toxins faster so they can recover and wake up quickly. They finished Destiny's dental at 3:30 and she went home at 5, very awake and alert wanting her mommy yet a little miffed at her too, lol and I really believe the fluids made the difference because in the past, others I've had done would still be groggy at that point.
