Yes, he's the perfect host....I wasn't really very keen on him until this series - now I agree with you, there's no-one better!
He has such empathy with the dogs - what a lovely, kind man he is!
I was very surprised in the last series that he didn't take home that white Boxer...they were so loved up!
I was actually born in Battersea (not the Dogs Home!!!
) and our family used to avoid the Dogs Home like the plague - we KNEW we couldn't resist those appealing faces. I've only ever been there once, in adult-hood, and could have come home with at least 20....!!!
