Acting drunk, falling to the side are possible signs of liver shunt...if I remember correctly you were feeding her foods w/higher than normal level protein for kibble? Vomiting yellow bile can also be a sign of liver problems...has she had a Bile Acid Test (BAT) done to rule out liver problems?
Like BabyGirl Rosie suggested, keep her hydrated. If she hasn't eaten for some time, give her some bland overcooked white rice, almost like porridge & a veggie if you think she can tolerate it (carrot or green beans) to get her sugar level up & to get some moisture into her as well. Cook everything in some water in low heat to make a porridge. Since it's Sunday night there, maybe you can wait til Monday morning to take her in to your vet, praying she'll be ok.
