We do have an ER vet in my country, but here where i live they get really annoyed if you call them on Sunday evening. I called him once when she was acting drunk (half year ago) and couldn't stand on her legs (she just collapsed on the floor) and he wouldn't take her. He said i should stay at home and that i panic too much. Can you imagine that?
