No we won't be scratching our heads, I surely won't be...I am not a fool, nor blind regardless of that test that none of us can verify....if she even comes back....that is not a Yorkie, may be part Yorkie and I say that even loosely...I've seen thousands and thousands and thousands of Yorkies, dead and alive, this is not a purebred, not even a poorly bred 100% Yorkie...sorry, no can do...I won't have what little intelligence I have left insulted...
With that said, the pup is beautiful an absolute gorgeous pup...I'm sure the OP is 100% in love with him...I know I'd take him if she decided he wasn't Yorkie enough rather than back to the breeder.
I'm also going to say that at this point...I am highly suspect of this whole thing period...something is really fishy IMHO
