Exactly. I am not a breeder, but if I had one pup turn up like that out of two "registered" Yorkies, I would be shocked and strongly suspect that something was amiss. The first thing I would do would be to get DNA tests on the dam, sire, AND the unusual looking pup to get to the bottom of it BEFORE finding homes for the pups.
There are three possibilities here:
1. The ACA registered dam or/and sire were actually mixes.
2. The dam was not monitored closely enough and another male got to her.
3. This pup really is a Yorkie (I think the odds on this one are so low that you probably couldn't measure it).
Yorkiemommie1984 is having the pup DNA'd, and the breeder needs to DNA her breeding stock as well to avoid being fraudulent. Come clean. If the pups she produced aren't pure bred and she represented them as such, she needs to fess up to all of the buyers involved and refund some money. If she was duped herself (and I think that is probably the case, since she didn't know ACA is a questionable registry), it all comes down to how she reacts to the issue and what she does to make good on it.
