I would have suggested these same things. Make sure the pumpkin is pure pumpkin. I would suggest a vet visit as well. My Rosie was diagnosed with IBS after several bouts of diarrhea and vomiting. I have to feed her only certain foods, one being Science Diet I/D. I also home cook for her using sweet potatoes and chicken.
