I really don't have much knowledge and think she needs to be checked again by your vet. ...but I may suggest some boiled chicken and plain rice. Also some cooked pumpkin settles the digestive track..both for diarrhea and constipation. See if she will eat that, it could be she is very picky or it could be the changes in her food. I have read some vets prescribe anti acids or probiotics

My vet said some yorkies are very difficult in that they are picky Eaters The bile shows her tummy is empty...the acid could be from that too..
