Well I would say to introduce them slowly. If they both have the same temperament then maybe not as slow. I do suppose that every now and again that dogs may fight. Especially during the initial meetings. This is why they should always be supervised. They are going to try and establish a pecking order and I would suspect that whoever home it is, that would be the aggressor. Overtime they will be fine. Keep supervised interactions so you can separating them when they get overly aggressive. If they both have good temperaments individually, I don't see this being a problem long term.
