(YAY!)...NOW back to reality!! Sadie had 3ticks on her!!! UCK! I have never has issues with ticks at our house before but want to try a flea and tick collar on them...it works for my Parents little girl...what do you all use? and how are they working for you...I have used parastar on them in the past but, not a fan of putting stuff like that on them. and the natural oils i was using did work but, my neighbor came over with his little guy who has them bad! once one got them....they all got them so i had no other choice but to use the topical...

Some people said collar wouldn't work. But I actually use it. I use Bayer, I think it's worldwide and it's pretty expensive, 32€ in Italy, in US it's around 40 to 45 $ maybe? I'm not really updated with the currency exchange value.
I choose it because in summer I would shower him very often like every five day, especially july and august, in Italy it's very hot and can reach 40 celcius (I don't know in farenheit). So, if I use liquid drop, I'm worried it might go away soon after I shower him too often. With collar, I hv the freedom to take it off anytime I shower him.
And I honestly use also the bayer anti flea shower foam from Mid april to mid oct, just for additional strategy. Then I will use normal shampoo from oct-april. I think it works in my case, depends on the effectiveness of the collar type I suppose
