  I thought the place to go for all those things was right here on YT!!!!  If you have any specific questions start a thread, why limit your audience?   
I honestly hate the title of this thread...but I understand where it was coming from...I think if you ask admin to start a club in the Yorkie Clubs section they will let you know if you can or not. 
I have a smaller Yorkie but he is healthier than both my Teapots put together!
