I didn't know this info was known bc the jury wasn't talking...is that accurate - 8/4, for sure? If so, wow. I thought there would be maybe 1 or 2 hold outs for life, maximum.
I can't even conceive how on earth they do an adequate trial just for the penalty phase. And what happens if THAT new jury is hung as well...does it go to yet another jury?
