that's exactly why this get's me, they took something away from you that YOU will never get back, that is so unfair, you should not have to pay for that, they should. And ALL their groomers she be told that. Writing a letter will do very little, hitting them in their pocketbook, embarrassing them in front of potential customers is what will get their attention and possibly bring about a change, it will make them think twice about doing it to someone again. |
