I think we must be talking about two different hospitals. I was talking about the biggish one - 3 stories tall? - and yesterday I just heard the ER head doctor, that 34 year old blonde woman Dr. Sanjay Gupta of CNN said did such a great job running things during the storm for such a young doc, say they did gather all patients to the lowest floor, push all the beds to the safest portion of the hospital where they rode out the storm and didn't have one bad injury, then evacuated the patients. That hospital had a lot of damage but it wasn't leveled or walls all tumbled in. Ceiling came off but by then they had those patients in the top story down in the safer section. I'll always get to a big hospital's basement if I'm ever in a huge tornado's way and have any warning at all.
