If you decide to do this, be absolutely certain to use a board certified soft tissue surgeon...and even with one of them ask a LOT of questions. Surgery in that area is extremely touchy....there are a lot of nerve endings and a dog can easily end up incontinent if something goes wrong.
I would be inclined to find other solutions if it were my pup.
