Watson is really cute I love his face. He very much looks like a morkie to me. About the hypoglycemia you would give nutrical if they had symptoms but you have to follow up by feeding about every 3 hrs for young pups. Many people give nutrical to young pups periodically through out the day as a preventative. The only way I would do that is if my pup showed signs of hypogycemia. There are other yorkie diseases where hypoglycemia can be a symptom like liver shunt so its possible your pup actually died from something more complicated than hypoglycemia.
