Hello, What a time you have had. I am so glad you rescued that pup, thank you!!! First I will say that I think he looks Yorkie and something else. I could be wrong because they do come in all sizes and shapes!

Knowing that the dog has come from these circumstances, and if you haven't done so already, take him to a vet as soon as possible and have him thoroughly checked out, blood work and INFORM THE VET of the environment the pup came from and tell them about all the tics.
