I haven't heard from Hill's either...and that questionnaire was insane! It took me days to fill it all out. They are a really large company. Maybe our paperwork is getting tossed around to different departments? But I suppose that isn't an excuse. An unhappy customer is never good. I switched my Lab from Science Diet to Royal Canin for a while. Then I tried the Science Diet Ideal Balance again, the Grain-Free Chicken. He needs the smaller bites. He's doing really well on that. I think it was the Science Diet "Improved Formula" that made him sick. My little ones are on Royal Canin & doing just fine. Thanks for your update! I'll update if I get a reply from Hill's.
