They may have cross bred a few dogs and came up with some pups with big eyes but it is nothing that they are consistently producing. It takes many generations of very careful, scientific breeding to establish a "look" that can be consistently reproduced.

You can bet those puppy mills are not doing any in depth breeding programs. I have seen complaints from people who have received sickly pups from these Korean breeders that look nothing like the photos of pups the buyer thought they were purchasing. It is a sick scam.

The videos on YouTube are the result of breeding two extreme breeds together. They cannot reproduce the look and they probably only get one pup every few litters that look like that. Pets that are bred to have such extreme characteristics are usually prone to genetic weaknesses. It is certainly not worth ruining the health of the pet just to get the look that everyone thinks is so adorable. So sad. Too many people have put out thousands of dollars thinking they were getting that pop eyed pup only to receive a less than normal looking pup that is near death.

It is criminal that our government is allowing these poor sick pups to be imported into our country.
