I just remembered this.....Cat food's odor is much more intense than dog food, so some people will feed catfood to a pup that is a picky eater. I know cat food is higher in ash and that would be my concern if fed over an extended period of time......if you run into problems getting Mr.Willie to eat dog food, maybe a little cat food that he is used to eating, mixed in with his dog food.....or maybe a little tuna fish or salmon crumbled up in the dog food will help....Royal Canin is usually pretty palatable to dogs, if you see he is indeed picky and wont eat.....
