Even the best breeders out there can occasionally produce a smaller pup. Why not buy from them, knowing they are taking the absolute highest measure to insure the health of all dogs involved. Purposely breeding a "true tiny" to another "true tiny" is NOT ethical or encouraged. Dogs under 5 lbs should not be bred, period. Any person who uses the word teacup on their website is doing it as a marketing ploy, and why on earth would you be looking for a breeder like that? It's like a car salesman who is really good at his job,its the honest one, not the fake one with the big smile and looking to get the most money out of you.

A good breeder actually would sell a tiny cheaper considering if they are too small for show prospect, that is a flaw just as much as a dog too big for show. They would not be jacking the price up to $4000 because they KNOW how guillble people are, and how well "teacups" sell. That is greed!

And to whoever said "go put your efforts into stopping a byb instead" that is what we are trying to do here! Education is the best way to shut these greeders down! I can't tell you how.many times I've seen a new member of YT say wow, I didn't know the signs, what red flags to look for...now I know.
