I don't know if this was part of one of the earlier posts, but I did find this discussion and it pretty much tells me that there is no such thing as an emotional support dog as far as the ADA is concerned. It's the second page of the thread.

I'll look into getting notes from my doctor and my veterinarian regarding Jenna's status in this matter. Perhaps they can be of more help.
