Pls could someone tellme wat a parti yorkie is.My daughter wants a yorkie, we have had kc pedigree yorkies for years but she has fallen for a partie yorkie for sale in Manchester, UK with a breeder called Virgo Yorkshire Terriers. she wants uk £1000 but it has no papers?????? the breeders is saying the parti yorkie is a pedigree yorkie??????????..very confused help.
