I have an almost 3 month old pup myself.
Her ears are halfway standing, if that makes sense. Mostly standing except the top part flops over. They just now started to even halfway stand. We just had her ears trimmed/shaved, so I think that might have helped some. I know some people tape their yorkies ears and there's great info on here about how to go about doing that. Some have said that their yorkie's ears stood on their own between 3-6 months, from everything I've read, so it could be possible that her ears will just pop up on their own. If you really want them standing, the best route would probably be to trim/shave the ears or have them done or try taping them. We're personally going to give it a week or two more once she's three months and see what happens, since they're halfway standing now.
