I have heard about hot spots. My mil's border collie had one and he looked silly for about 6 months until his hair filled back in
It went away though, so hopefully Rosco's does too. Great job on losing the weight Rosco!! You must be pretty tough to own such a big dog... Rosco weighs a lot more than me!
