She is still very far from normal but I now have a lot of hope where early today it was diminishing! Thank you seems like such small words to express the gratitude I feel for all of the members here who prayed and offered encouraging words. At this time I feel like I won the lottery or something. I'm simply giddy! Tomorrow afternoon we head back to the vet for a recheck and I think he will be very surprised.
** as for the vet draining the fluid from her brain, it wasn't off of her brain I suppose because it was just the water/blood that had built up under the skin where the concussion was at. He just stuck the needle into the puffy area and removed some of the fluid to take the pressure off of her skull. |
Cannot tell you how thrilled I am to read this!!! This story just breaks my heart, but to have a happy ending would make it so wonderful. Keeping all our paws crossed over here for a full and miraculous recovery for this wee one
