This evening I took Miss Mini, who has severe allergies amongst a multitude of other things, to the vet for a "rash" 3 pimple like bumps, and she was red, flipped her over and a couple of large red spots, looking closer...anyways, she has Pyoderma for about the 100th time. This can quickly become an issue. Bottom line is it is not normal and needs to be diagnosed and treated it isn't from "nothing". This is a staph infection and only antibiotics can cure it. I'm not saying that's what your pup has but I'm willing to bet it probably is...
