I just had a scare with my little girl! Tatiana is 19 weeks and about 2 lbs and she had a episode of low blood sugar!
It is warm here today and we had been outside playing. She had been running, wrestling and playing when around a little before 5:00 she started acting weird! She wanted to be held and started shaking, wobbling and just want to go to sleep but couldn't get comfortable. I realized what was going on and ran in to feed her supper. Even after she ate, she was still trembling! I quickly got out the Nutra Cal and gave her a good size drop. Called the vet and she said to also give some Karo syrup and get her to drink lots of water, which I did. The vet said it was probably a combination of being dehydrated and low blood sugar! She is fine now.........wow, that was scary!!!! My little peanut scared the life out of me and I do not want to experience that again. I will have to watch her close from now on!
