It's difficult to tell if she's Silky, Yorkie or even a mix between the two. As for the cataracts, she could have Congenital (juvenile) cataracts that appear before the age of 6 years. Also bad teeth can and usually does happen with neglect. LP can show up at just a few weeks old. So, all in all, your girl could be younger than you think.
