Oh goodness, please get to the vet ASAP!! She could have mites/mange, pyoderma (skin infection), ringworm (contagious to humans and other pets), and sooo many other things. DEFINITELY GO as soon as you possibly can. When the skin is erupting, there is a darn good reason, unfortunately....and it needs treatment before it turns into something really bad.
