I for sure thought my Mya would be around 7 lbs... By 11 months, she hit 10 1/2 lbs. Yet I also believe I was over feeding her. :/ She still didn't feel heavy to me though. I carried her around just the same as when she was younger. Just not too often. She had a lot of non-silky hair on her. lol. So far, the chart puts my Miki at around 5 to 5 1/2 lbs. I'm good either way as long as I can still carry her around if need be. I don't like leaving my girl at home by herself if I'm going to be gone for long hours.
