Just keep offering her the food that the breeder sent. She's going through an adjustment period and still trying to get her bearings. I made the mistake of trying to change Sam's food too soon after I got him home, and it's been a 3 month struggle to get on the same page regarding food.
You can encourage her to eat by following others' suggestions about moistening and warming the food a little, and as she gets older, slowly reduce to amount of added liquids.
