How old is the pup? If she is too young she may not have been fully weaned
Hopefully that isn't the case and she's just adjusting to her new home. Rosie didn't eat much when we first got her...I added chicken broth to her kibble and warmed it up. Make sure to keep her hydrated, esp. if she's not eating much.
