I never received any other communication from the new owner or the vet. I hope they DNA'd that dog so they could see how STUPID their vet is....not that it would have made any difference to them, I am sure. It is inconceiveable that a vet can be so bold as to make a statement that a dog is not a purbred just from looking at it....such statements can cast doubt on a breeders reputation and business....not to mention, if the dog is DNA'd, and it turns out to be a purebred, then what does the vet say???? "I am sorry, I made a terrible mistake and made a stupid guess about your dog", or "You got an ugly purebred".....
I had that happen with a groomer say my chachi is a silky because hes so big in comparison to my Jewels, Im like uh I saw the parents and they have the same dad but different MOMs and chachis mom was definitely a yorkie. Plus the breeder didnt even own any silkies
