When Mina goes to the vet,she is checked from stem to stern even if we are there for a tummy issue over stress (Tuesday last a week ago). They talk about how cute she is and hold her like she is a baby.
I think you need a different vet and I would like to suggest that you go shopping NOW when you dont have a huge need. When a mom is looking for a peditrician,she interviews several before choosing one. If the Dr gets insulted because you are asking him/her a list of questions then you need to move on.
I got lucky,the vet that I have now purchased the office from my last vet who retired. The older vet would make house calls,,really miss that. But my current vet is wonderful. If I go out of town and something happens to one of the animals,the kids can take pup in and I can pay when I get back in town. When Bunkey was sooo sick and then passed away I wracked up a heck of a bill and had to make payments,they never once asked me for the balance. They didnt even call me when Bunkeys ashes were back at the vets,they called my DH so I wouldnt be upset. |
