Do you shut her out of your bedroom at night and is she is trying to get in? If so I am not so sure about doing that bc it probably is making her feel isolated. What about putting an expen in your bedroom at night and keeping her in that if your afraid of her bothering the cats at least she is not isolated.
I have always had dogs and cats and I never keep them separated they always seemed to learn to get along. My Golden retriever use to sleep with the cat.
I just think that separating them makes it kinda like forbidden fruit
