I could be wrong but aren't most members of the YTCA show breeders, or former show breeders. If that is the case then you will likely get a good representation of the breed appearance standard as opposed to just assuming an AKC yorkie breeder is breeding to standards. And of course as others have stated it is important to check out each breeder as carefuly as you can. |
