Being gassed is not a pleasant way to die. Many shelters use decompression chambers. That is equally as cruel. Cities, towns, and counties across the country are using the cheapest methods possible to get rid of the their unwanted pets. It is sad to say the least. It used to be many areas had humane groups that worked hard to raise money to help the stay population. Now it seems people are too busy to put their time and effort into such things. Just like with so many things if you don't see it you can pretend it isn't there. |
