I admit I feel the same about detangling spray, it seems to make Luma frizzy, or did when she still had full coat. I would say most detangling sprays are better used as "finishing sprays" ie, brush their hair dry with a pin brush and lightly mist them (currently using Yorkie Sheen but not impressed...) then use a bristle brush to smooth the hair along the saddle part down flat. I use a metal flea comb/mustache comb to create the part. That's what works for Luma at least. I rub her tummy and paw pads (when they are looking dry) with coconut oil every once in a while.

Dawn and Terri, please let me know how the Halo Dreamcoat works for your crew. We use it and it might have been me who suggested it, can't remember. I hope it works for you as well as it does for Luma!
