LOL I had never in my life heard the term either!!
I'm on day 4 I think. My breath is fresher and my teeth and lips feel smoother. Sinuses were never horrible but I do feel them draining after OPing.
I'm going to try to reevaluate in a month. I'm hoping for a whiter smile as a minimum
