To find a reputable breeder, you can look at YTCA.org (but their site might still be down for mainenance).

I can recommend several. In TX, there is Judy from Rosehill Yorkies (her screen name is yorkiemom1 here so you can PM her). Also, Deb of Amazing Yorkies is great! Her screen name here is Amazing Yorkies. There is a reputable show breeder in Atlanta, Ga and they go by TyAva. You can google them (they are actually in Marietta, GA).

Hope that helps. There are more (maybe some closer to you), but these are the ones I've grown to love from research and will look into these when I buy my next Yorkie (contrary to my hubby's wishes, yes, I said I am getting another Yorkie one day lol)
