I'm happy Phoebe's surgery went well, and that you are home to take care of her. Having gone through eye problems with one of my boys, I know the meds and care can require constant attention.
Her hair will grow back, but I understand being bummed about the shaving. Some doctors prefer to shave to prevent any hair from getting in the eye. There are a couple of beautiful boys here who had half of their mustaches shaved for surgery. Their hair grew back quickly and they are just as good looking as ever.
