Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and hoping to get some information and advice from other Yorkie owners.
I just found out my 8 yr. old Yorkie has severe periodontal disease, got his blood work done and waiting to hear back for the results. If everything looks well he will have oral surgery done this Thursday first thing in the morning. I'm worried if anyone else has gone through this and if there's anything I can do for him in the mean time? He's eating and drinking water normally, but he seems weak and depressed. Which I understand why, I'm getting pretty down myself just having to wait until Thursday
