I just don't think she would have such a sudden onset of such violent symptoms without having some signs of sickness beforehand if it was food related. I would take it very slowly getting her back on dog food. Avoid anything she was eating before since you are not sure. I still suspect seizure activity but they can also be brought on by other issues. I hope you can get her to a vet school or specialist. It is just so risky not knowing for sure what happened.

She did state this was a new bag of food. Maybe this new bag was affected, where as the others weren't.
