Congrats!! I know you stated you have found mixed reviews but coming from somebody that has two one taken at 12 weeks and the other at 8 weeks, I in my personal experience think that if the breeder will keep him a little longer it would help and especially since you are a first time yorkie owner. But if not you have us here to help advise
