This must be a new one as I hadn't heard of it, so I looked it up. It sound like it is just like Trifexis. I know that Sentinel is back in stock see if your has that. With the area that you live, you must get your baby on some kind of preventive. I would not risk not giving it. It is heart breaking to see a dog that has gotten Heart worm because their owner din't give the monthly preventive.
