Please please please take Livie to a Neurologist or simply to a Vet School (this is what I would do) and tell them step by step what you just typed (hey, print what you typed here). Mention everything AND the recall on the food.

And, throw everything out - even stuff that wasn't recalled. Get new stuff. You just can't be sure right now what caused it because you really don't have a clear diagnosis.

I am going to suggest this thread be moved to sick and injured because there are others there who might be able to offer valuable advice. Prayers for Livie!
